Former President
Olusegun Obasanjo
(PDP) empowered his
stooges to conduct
the most corrupt
election in the history
of the country. The
spate of cancellation
across the states
underscore the frauds
perpetrated by him
and his ruling PDP.
Sen. David Mark (PDP)
is Nigeria Senate
President. The Tribunal
ruled that he did not
win his election. He
has gone to the appeal
court to challenge the
judgement.
Former Domestic
Servant to former Pres.
Olusegun Obasanjo
Andy Uba (PDP) was
ordered to be removed
by the apex court
because the sitting
governor of the state
Peter Obi has not
finished his term in
office. Sadly Uba is not
even a governor in
waiting nor a former
governor.
Gov. Sullivan
Chime's election was
annuled on the
ground of irregularity
and rigging. He is
currently appealing
the ruling.
Gov. Idris of Ibrahim (PDP) of
Kogi fought the battle to safe
his job up to the appeal court
but lost. he has been removed
and now facing a rigorious
by-election.
Update:: Idris won again in a
disputed election. Opposition
is back in court
Former gov.
George Akume
(PDP) lost his
Benue North East
senatorial seat.
The Tribunal
ruled that his
election was full of
fraud and
malpractices.
Senator Joseph
Akaagerger (PDP) of
Benue North West also
lost out at the tribunal
level, fresh election has
been ordered in his
senatorial districts.
Former gov. Celestine Omehia of
Rivers state lost badly at the
supreme court. The court ruled
that he was not the authentic flag
bearer of the PDP, he has since
packed out of the government
house
Hon. Tsegba (PDP) was a
former speaker pro-tempore
of the Nigerian lower house.
A fresh election has been
orderd in his federal
constituency as he faces a
tough by-election if appeal
court upholds the judgement.

Adamawa tribunal as
well as appeled court
have nullified Murtal
Nyako's election. He
faces a tough
by-election against
Atiku and Boni
Haruna's machiney.
The tribunal in Abia has
ordered Theodore Orji
(PPA) out of office on
the ground that he did
not properly resign his
position as chief of staff
to his god father, and
immediate past gov. Orji
Uzor Kalu and for being
a cult member. He awaits
the outcome of the
appeal court.
The conduct of the April 2007 election in Nigeria has been dubbed as the worst in
the history of the country. Both Local and foreign observers blasted INEC over
what they called voter's intimidation, harrassment, and ballot stuffing all over the
country. African Examiner compiles the lists of poiticians, mainly members of the
ruling peoples Democratic Party (PDP), whom the Election Tribunals recently
axed. So, below are the 'fraudulent' politicians who rigged their ways to political
offices during the last election, watch out, the list is still growing.
To be continued
'cos the list is
still growing
Gov. Oserhiemen
Osunbor (a leader of
electoral fraud PLC) is
the latest tribunal
casualty. The court has
ordered in out of Edo
government office. He
has gone to the appeal
court to challenge the
judgement.
On April 16, 2008 Appeal
court sacked Gov. Sylva
of Bayelsa state, in an
election which the
appellate court obviously
called charade. It was an
election conducted by the
then governor and now
Vice President Jonathan
Goodluck
