The All Progressives Congress will elect its presidential candidate for 2015 presidential election on December 2, 2014 at the party’s national convention.
This was contained in the press statement made available to journalists in Abuja on Sunday.
According to the release, the sale of nomination forms for presidential aspirants will commence on October 20 and end on November 6, 2014, while the screening of Presidential aspirants will hold from November 10 to 13 and appeal panel will seat between November 14 and 15.
The governorship primary elections in 36 states of the federation have been slated for November 15, House of Representative primaries is scheduled for November 24, while Senatorial primaries will hold on November 29.
Meanwhile, APC spokesperson, Lai Mohammed has assured that the party would create level playing ground for all aspirants. He added that the party’s primaries would be credible, free, fair and acceptable to all.
