Ondo Assembly Moves To Impeach Mimiko’s Deputy

Ondo State House of Assembly has served a notice of impeachment on the Deputy Governor, Alhaji Alli Olanusi over allegations of gross misconduct.

The impeachment notice signed by 20 of the 26 lawmakers was announced by the Speaker, Jumoke Akindele, after the clerk read the 7 allegations including abuse of office for personal enrichment, abseetism, action capable of causing breach of peace among others.
