Buhari’s Aide On Economic Matters Dies

BALTIMORE, MD (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Economic Matters to President Muhammmadu Buhari, Mr. Ayodele Adu is dead.

Indication to the death which occurred Friday emerged in a condolence issued by the SA on Media to the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, Mr. Olayinka Oyebode.

Details on Mr. Adu’s death are still sketchy as at the time of this report.

The Late Presidential aide served on the board of Ekiti State Fountain Investment Company Limited, while Dr. Fayemi was still the State’s Governor.

Fayemi in his condolence message lamented that Adu’s demise was a great loss to the State branch of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the party’s sadness was compounded with the recent incidents of another APC Chieftains, including Chief Ibidapo Awojulu and Alhaji Femi Ganiyu Adeyemi.
