IGP Decorates Newly – Promoted CPs; Tasks Them To live Up To Demands Of New Status

The Acting Inspector General of Police, (IGP) Suleiman Abba has just decorated three newly promoted Commissioners of Police, with a call that they should live up to the demands of the insignia of their new status.
The new CPs included Aminchi Samaila Baraya, Alkali Baba Usman and Dan Bature.
At a very brief ceremony on Monday, IGP Abba congratulated the trio and urged them to regard their elevation as a clarion call for higher dedication to duty.
Abba enjoined in a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Frank Mba to be alive to the happenings around them as well as make themselves readily “accessible not only to the Officers and men under them but to the entire members of the public”.
