Obasanjo Returns To School For PhD

Having completed his degree programmes with the institution, former President Olusegun Obasanjo has again enrolled for a PhD programme at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Chief Obasanjo has reportedly declined a special treatment for him, above other students while his studies last.
It would be recall the former Military Head of state enrolled in the same University for a degree course in Philosophy after handing over as a civilian President about eight years ago (2011).
