Owerri Bomb Scare: Imo Governor, Okorochas Convenes Security Meeting

Following the foiled bomb blast around the premises of Living Faith Church (Winner Chapel) on Owerri – Port Harcourt road, Sunday, Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorochas has convened an emergency security meeting of the state this morning.

The Governor stated the meeting was to prevent further bomb blast and urged the citizens to be security conscious and report any suspicious development around them.

In the main time, the state Police Commissioner, Abdul Majeed Hamid has announced the arrest of six persons in connection to Sunday attempted blast.
