The No Fear Institute’s 2nd annual whistleblower conference is underway at the US Capitol in
Washington DC. The objective of the conference is to promote laws seeking to protect
individuals’ civil rights of truth tellers who report hazardous, illegal and unsafe conditions, waste,
fraud and abuses of government agencies as well as government funded entities.
According to information posted on the website of the conference, the week long conference will
discuss pending and proposed legislation that will protect not only Federal employees and other
truth tellers but all individuals working in institutions that received Federal funds.
The Chairman Board of Directors of the No FEAR Institute Rev. Walter E. Fauntroy is the
Convener while Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is the Chairperson of the WhistleBlower

Below are some testimonies of selected whistleblowers
"I was told to keep Americans safe from Weapons of Mass Destruction--but I didn't have a

The conference will feature film festival, No Fear tribunal at the capitol hill, discussions,
interviews and awards for some members of Congress and brave whistle blowers.
