The House plenary session is presided over today by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Emeka Ihedioha. Immediately the motion for debate was moved by the opposition member, Ihedioha, called for voice vote, which eventually favoured those voted ‘no’ to it.

The voting was unsatisfactory to APC members, therefore walked out of the chambers.
