Chime congratulates new Methodist Prelate

Enugu state Governor, Barrister Sullivan Chime, has congratulated the Prelate Elect of the Methodist Church Nigeria, Most Rev Dr Samuel Kalu Uche over his recent election to the post
In a message signed by his Chief Press Secretary CPS, Chukwudi Achife, the governor, described the elevation of Dr Uche who is the incumbent Archbishop of the Diocese of Enugu, as a divine call to serve the nation and humanity with even greater vigour and devotion.
He stated that the election was a testimony to the confidence thatthe church reposed in the new Prelate’s leadership qualities and ability to take it to higher levels.
While wishing him a successful tenure, the Chime, also congratulated the Church on the successful and peaceful conduct of the election.
He also appreciated the church for its continued support for
his administration.
