Defence Denies Employment Rackets Linked To Its Spokesman, Olukolade

By Ayo Balogun, Lagos – The Nigerian Defence Headquarters has alerted the public about several Facebook accounts purportedly opened in the name of its Spokesperson, General Chris Olukolade, which are also claiming his willingness to assist unsuspected unemployed people for recruitment into the army and other services at a fee.

Military declared Thursday in a post that the speculated Facebook accounts were scams, therefore be disregarded and not patronized by candidates who wished to apply into the Military.

“The only way to be recruited into any of the services is to follow the process spelt out in the advertisements placed by the services”.

“All Facebook accounts claiming General Olukolade is helping with recruitment process are fake and should be ignored” Defence warned.
