Gunmen Kill APC Chieftain In Plateau

Agabus Pwanagba, Jos – Ahead of the 2015 general elections an unknown gunmen have killed the Barkin Ladi Ward of Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Plateau State.

AFRICAN EXAMINER ONLINE gathered that the incident occurred on Sunday afternoon.

The APC Chieftain late Samuel Doro was said to have been shot at a close range in front of his residence at Kurra Falls in Gashish District of Barkin Ladi Local Government area of the State.

Confirming the incident to our correspondent, the State’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abu Emmanuel, expressed dismay over the incident.

He disclosed that the deceased was attacked at his residence and was rushed to the hospital where he died Monday morning (today).

According to him, the police are working round the clock to track down the perpetrators and bring them to book.
