INEC Probes Alleged Rivers Electoral Malpractices

Following the allegation of logistics irregularities and demand for cancellation of last Saturday Presidential and NASS polls, by members and supporters of the Rivers State opposition APC, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has set up a three man committee to look into the matter.
The committee comprises Mrs. Thelma Iremiren, Col. MK Hammanga and Prof. Lai Olurode
Members of the committee are expected to submit report of their findings, before the end of ongoing collation and announcement of Presidential election.
They left Abuja Monday for the South South State for the assignment.
