Jonathan To Storm Osun For Omisore

The Osun State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has announced its readiness to receive President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday to endorse the ruling party’s flag bearer Senator Iyiola Omosore in the coming state’s governorship election slated for Saturday, August 9, 2014.

The Party, in a statement issued on Thursday in Oshogbo by its state’ Secretary, Mr. Bola Ajao, confirmed that the President was coming to throw his weight behind Omisore’s bid to win the poll.

The President will also use the visit to pay visit as well as intimate the residents with his transformation agenda.

Mr. Ajao emphasized further that the import of the President’s visit was not only to boost the candidature of the party’s governorship candidate, but to further explain his transformation agenda to the people of the state.
