Military Rescues Wife Of Plateau’s Deputy Governor’s Aide

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Troops of Operation Safe Haven yesterday rescued Mrs Thabitha Silas, the wife of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Deputy Governor’s Office Plateau State, from kidnappers.
Mrs Thabitha was rescued along with Dr Audu Samuel, the Medical Director Allah Na Kowa Clinic and Maternity Barkin Ladi.
Reports revealed that Mrs Silas was kidnapped on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at her residence in Little Rayfield Jos, Plateau State, while Dr Audu was kidnapped on Monday, January 10, 2022, at his residence in Barikin Ladi by the same kidnap gang.
A statement by the Military Information Officer, Major Ishaku Takwa, said the rescued victims have been reunited with their families.
