President Buhari Meets With Service Chiefs

ABUJA, NIGERIA (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – President Muhammadu Buhari Tuesday afternoon met behind closed doors with the service chiefs.

In attendance were the Minister of Defence, Brig (retd) Mansur Dan-Ali; the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen (retd). Babagana Monguno; Chief of Defence Staff CDS, Gen. Gabriel Olonisakin; Chief of Army Staff COAS, Major-Gen. Tukur Buratai; Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas and the Chief of Air Staff, AVM Sadique Abubakar.

Other service Chiefs at the meeting were the Director, State Security Services, Mr. Lawal Daura; the acting Director of the Nigeria Intelligence Agency NIA, Amb. Arab Yadam and representative of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Mr. Ibrahim Idris.
