Balotelli Arrives at Liverpool, Undergoes Medical in Readiness for Trip To the ETIHAD

Mario Balotelli has arrived at Liverpool’s Melwood training base after the Reds agreed a fee with AC Milan for the striker and is now set to put the finishing touches to his return to the Premier League.

Liverpool officials agreed terms on Balotelli’s contract with his agent Mino Raiola Friday morning to give the green light for the controversial striker to fly in from Milan.

Liverpool hope his move will be finalised over the weekend, so the striker could available to face his old club Manchester City at the Etihad on Monday.

Liverpool have told Balotelli they will not tolerate any bad behaviour because of the Italian international’s bad-boy reputation and expect him to knuckle down at Anfield.

Balotelli accepts Liverpool’s terms and is looking forward to relaunching his career in the Premier League after a frustrating 19 months at the San Siro.
