Wolves Reject Spurs Bid For Adama Traore

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Wolverhampton Wanderers have “immediately” rejected a loan offer from Tottenham Hotspur to take Adama Traore to North London for the 2021-22 season, according to the Telegraph.

Spurs are said to have offered a £5m loan fee to cover the season and are interested in a clause that would make give them the option to make the move permanent.

Wolves are insistent that the 25-year-old winger is not available this summer.

Traore is reportedly keen on following former manager at the Molineux Nuno Espirito Santo to Tottenham, although that has not swayed the hierarchy of the West Midlands club.
