We receive articles and news stories about any subject related to Africa and the rest of
the world, but as expected we give high preference to issues related to Africa than the rest
of the world.
Articles/News Stories Requirement
1. We receive articles in English Language, French and other official languages
spoken in Africa countries.
2. All articles must be at least 700 words, this however does not apply to news story
which could be any length because our editors are good at building a news tip into a full
length news stories
3. Articles and News stories must be written in Standard English or French language
with grammatical concord, however if a user submits a badly written piece our Editors
would edit it to good taste.
4. The writer must strive to ensure dates, places, figures and name of person
mentioned in the news story or articles are correct and accurate
5. We frown against plagiarism, so all work submitted must be original work of the
author, and where a reference is made about a piece of work belonging to others,
adequate credits and links must be given to the original source, African Examiner would
not be liable for such fault, and the author takes full responsibility resulting from such
plagiarism and litigations that may arise frown such work
Note that we will never disclose your information to anyone, as we shall protect our
source of information professionally as required by the practice of journalism. We shall
verify information submitted to us to ensure accuracy of the facts of the matter before
going to the press.
Our Editors have rights to edit any piece submitted to us to ensure that we remove all
offensive, abusive and improper words or even correct them to ensure accuracy.
