(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Enugu state have resolved to set up a committee to Liaise with the Authorities of the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), to investigate the authenticity of graduation and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificates being paraded by the Minister of Innovation Science and Technology, Chief Nnaji.
The Minister has been embroiled in a certificate saga since assumption of office under the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led federal government.
It said “The APC Enugu State Stakeholders will set up a committee to write to the University of Nigeria Vice Chancellor and make further inquiries about the authenticity of the graduation certificate and NYSC certificate being paraded by Chief Nnaji”.
The APC stakeholders stated this in a Communique they issued and made available to newsmen in Enugu after their meeting.
They insisted that it is high time Nnaji clears himself of the Certificate saga, which has been raging for quite a long time
The Stakeholders applauded what it described as the transformative leadership of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and endorsed him for a second tenure come 2027, just as they expressed readiness to welcome the State governor, Dr. Peter Mbah into the party.
They also came hard on the opposition ADC coalition, saying “its an embodiment of serial election losers that have no policy direction for the advancement of Nigeria”
“That the stakeholders are happy welcoming the governor to the party so that Enugu State can take her place in the national politics.”
The communique equally reaffirmed that the embattled Chief Ugochukwu Agbala “is not the State Chairman of APC Enugu state.
