Buhari Sacks NPA Chairman Bayero, Reinstates Habibu Abdullahi

President Muhammadu Buhari has terminated the appointment of the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Alhaji Sanusi Ado Bayero.
Bayero’s termination according to the President’s SA on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina was with immediate effect.
Consequently, the former NPA boss has been directed to hand over the management of the agency and all government property in his possession to Mr. Habibu Abdullahi who has just been reinstated by Mr. President.
The President wished Bayero well in his future endeavours.
