Ex-Lagos Lawmaker, King Sunny Ade’s Wife Risikat Adegeye Is Dead

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Risikat Ajoke Adegeye, a former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly and wife of Juju maestro, King Sunny Ade, died hours before hubby’s 74th birthday
The late Risikat Adegeye, was an ex-member of the Lagos House of Assembly, died in the early hours of Tuesday.
The deceased was a two-time member of the Assembly Service Commission.
Her marriage to the Juju music maestro produced six male children.
The ex-lawmaker died after a brief illness.
Her remains have since been deposited at the TOS funeral homes, Lagos.
She is survived by her grieving husband and son, Mr. George Folarin. Funeral arrangements would be communicated accordingly.
